The place was beautiful, overlooking the pond. It was quiet and peaceful. The house has many little extras that makes the stay very easy like coffee, tea, sugar, spices, little gifts to remember cape cod and everything you may need in the bathroom. It was amazing that we had access to the beach chairs, beach towels, electric bikes, kayak’s, the fire pit (wood provided) and the hot tub was a bonus. The little extra touches is what makes this place special and an absolute joy. Everything was very clean and new. The cape cod train trail is just up the road from the house which made it convenient and a short 30 min drive to Provincetown. The French Bakery, PB Boulangerie is a must visit for early morning croissants, baguettes and French pastries. I would highly recommend this place and definitely visit again.

What a great place! Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and very welcoming. There were so many added extra touches, it made for one of the best experiences we ever had. Tara and her team went above and beyond to make our experience special and it showed. Tara was always very quick to respond any time we chatted. She also provided links to how everything works, some even had videos showing you what to do. Overall, this was definitely a 5-Star stay!

Top notch. Private, we never even noticed the attached neighbors. The windows and placement of the dwelling points away from the attached house, so it feels very secluded. Unusually well appointed unit for Cape Cod, which was very much appreciated for out of town travelers. I’ve been visiting Cape Cod my entire life (over 40 years) in the summertime with family and have never had such a great place for the money. Excellent for a stress free romantic or casual visit for two. No complaints at all.

What a great place to stay. Perfect location right near the water. Loved the convenience of walking over to the beach in the mornings, afternoons and evenings for a beautiful sunset. It was great to walk out into the bay when the tide was low. You can practically go out a good half a mile. Lovely house, very comfy and very well kept. Had practically everything that we would need. I would highly recommend this place. We had a very peaceful and relaxing time here. Really glad to have stayed here. Will definitely look to come back again.

Tara is an amazing host. You can check the house in pictures but the treatment is what I would like to mention. We had 2 kids with us. Tara had gift bags ready for both of them with their names written on those. She also had snacks ready for us as soon as we arrived. Very personal touch. The house is located very conveniently on the beach. You can’t beat the view at this price. Really amazing experience. Would live to stay again.

This was my second time to stay at one of Tara’s properties, and everything was absolutely wonderful! Tara goes above and beyond to create a meaningful experience and peaceful stay. There were little snacks provided as well as travel-sized face lotion, face wash, makeup remover, soap, conditioner, shampoo, a nail file, and a foot mask. Two beach towels were available for use, which is helpful, if you don’t want to bother packing beach towels. :) The Landing was clean and spotless upon arrival and is spacious for 2 - 3 guests. I love this location, as it is a quick drive in either direction, from Chatham to Provincetown. I will absolutely stay here again! Exceptional!

I can’t stress how much our family loved staying in this impeccably beautiful cottage, a few steps from a quiet public beach. Every detail was perfect: from the beautiful decor to the amazing facilities (deck with sea view, barbecue, beach chairs and towels, snacks, games, Tv, great books, ample kitchen equipment, helpful guidebook) plus everything was immaculately clean. Tara was helpful and responsive at all times. A dream Cape Cod weekend.

Book this place now! The house is exactly as pictured and was very clean. The location was ideal for our family as the beach was a 5 minute stroll down at the end of the dead-end street. There was plenty of room for 8 people, especially with the dining table in the screened-in porch and the table and chairs outside on the patio. These outside spaces greatly expand the living space, and the hammock and badminton net were a bonus. Other points include wifi was strong, kitchen well outfitted and beds were comfortable. Tara made herself completely available, and check in and out was easy. We would book the same house again!

We had a wonderful stay at Lotus on the Water. It’s a very special spot. Beautiful. Peaceful. Energizing. So lovely. With welcomed and unusually generous amenities. Special attention to every detail. This rental is a gem and I’m so lucky to have found it. The location is perfect—you can spend time away from crowds hanging out and relaxing at the pond in your backyard or you can drive to the public beaches in minutes. The cottage has access to so many things, including a fire pit, a private beach, a canoe, and so much more. Breakfast on the porch overlooking the water was an amazing experience. The hosts are so considerate; everything you can need is at your fingertips! I hope you get to enjoy this place as much as I did!

...As a recent guest at “the Breeze,” I wholeheartedly rate it as the best in the “Heart of Cape Cod”! I am very particular, and I consider the accommodations impeccable. Indeed a super host, Tara responds to any concerns quickly and with efficiency. Moreover, I felt comfortable with her good natured attitude and aim to ensure the highly regarded reputation she has built. Features of renting the cottage here make it the most convenient for hiking, biking, and kayaking. Its location is also ideal for visiting various points of interest. The primary purpose for my trip was privacy and quietness, and the deck of “the Breeze” or the dock by the pond below afforded the most of both; I just wish I could have stayed longer!!

The Landing is exactly as described - a really spacious, clean, comfortable and welcoming place that will be your perfect home away from home for your visit to the beautiful outer Cape. Great location, convenient to all services but quiet and private as well. Right around the corner from the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, and about a mile and a half away from the Cape Cod National Seashore’s iconic beaches. At night, take in the stars and the beacon from Nauset Lighthouse that washes over the sky. Your hostess, Tara, is immediately responsive with any questions or concerns. A wonderful getaway awaits you!

Tons of space inside, a fantastic deck for outdoor gathering, and a great location convenient to all the Route 6 attractions and beaches. The house was a perfect place to gather on the Cape for a few days with family and friends. Tara was super helpful and remained readily available throughout our stay.

Tara lived up to all of the hype, 5 stars+. Her home (The Blue Pearl) was pristine. We were super impressed by every part of the home— from the linens to the cleanliness, to the thoughtful homemade cookies and gifts. The provided handbook was so organized and made it easy to find local places to eat and activities to do. I actually don’t think the photos do the home justice at all. It looks beautiful from the photos, but in reality it’s absolutely stunning. The attention to detail is simply above and beyond. Their whole pitch is about making it an experience & it absolutely lived up to that. Staying here was an experience I’d recommend to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home on a peaceful road with plenty to do nearby. 10/10 recommend.

This was the best experience we have ever had at an Airbnb! Tara had excellent communication and responded quickly. The guidebook on the site was so detailed and helpful. The space itself is beautiful and spotless, with incredible attention to details designed to help make our stay special. The location itself is gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting on the pier and the beautiful back porch, fishing, and using the hot tub, fire pit, and electric bikes. Pinturas Cottage was great, exactly as listed, cozy and comfortable with a nice well equipped kitchen. The setting was beautiful with great outdoor space and a sweet screened porch. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and grocery stores and everything else you could want or need. Tara was very easy to reach and so responsive. We loved our time there, it was a perfect getaway place for us and we’d go back there or any property of Tara’s in a heartbeat.

This place is perfectly set up for guests. It is a very short walk to a beautiful beach with shallow sandbars and warm water, perfect for kids. The huge yard is private and spacious with a bocce ball court, a great deck, etc. House manual and the app with local recommendations was so organized and helpful. House interior was spotless, comfortable, and cool with the AC on a hot day. The 3 seasons room was fantastic in the evenings. Bike rental shop was nearby and very fun to bike the trails so close to this property. We will be back: Tara knows how to host!!

Our stay at The Breeze was perfect. There isn’t one moment we would have changed. The cottage was adorable and on the most beautiful property. There is access to a beautiful pond that brought forth calm and tranquility. Sitting on the floating dock makes you feel as if you were transported away from all the hustle and bustle of daily life. There is also access to a kayak and electric bikes. Inside the cottage is a whole other experience! Tara is purposeful with every beautiful detail, from the spa like experience from taking a shower, to just hanging out in the absolute calm the house brings. We didn’t want to leave! Anything you need, or have forgotten or your trip, Tara is more than helpful and is extremely responsive! If you wish to have a calm get away, or just a place of comfort to return from a day of exploring the Cape, The Breeze is a wonderful opportunity. The Breeze is created for guests to receive a complete experience. We have already made plans to come back and take a longer holiday here! It’s perfect!

Tara was one of the best hosts I've encountered on Airbnb. Her professionalism and attitude should be a lesson to others who host but she also has a smile a mile wide so it's far from all business! We were lucky with the weather which helped experience the property in all it's glory but even if we hadn't been the house is so comfortable you could happily just kick back indoors. In terms of lodgings Tara and Chip's place was the stand-out highlight of our visit to New England and if we're ever in that part of the world again we'll certainly check to see if it's free. Thanks for everything Tara it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you and staying at your wonderful home.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and loved our stay on the Cape! The house is like new, kitchen well stocked with everything you’d need, beds are super comfy, and the decor throughout is stylish and appealing. The patio fire pit and shuffleboard table in the game room were huge hits with our family. The neighborhood is quiet, just how we like it. We enjoyed walking on Nauset Beach, shopping Chatham’s lovely Main Street, and watching the seals around the fishing boats at the pier. Thanks for a great experience!
