Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. We highly suggest traveler insurance be purchased to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.

A Giant Step Up
I’d like to explain us and our visit a bit. Retired couple that has been part of Eastham since 1961. Many summers and all the other seasons with local family. Times have changed and have been renting for the last ten years. We have found the early fall works the best for us.
First year “working” with The Heart of Cape Cod and Tara. Years passed it was AirBnB. Can only sum it up as a giant step up in the rental part of our trip. Had zero problems with the rental, but if the pre- and post-communication with Tara and her staff are any indication of the attention you would receive if something did arise, I have to believe the response would only be top shelf. Can’t express enough good feelings about this crew.
We rented Gray Whale. If your trip is with younger kids and teens, as we did for many years, this house would be perfect. Quite street, safe cul-de-sac, great location. There are plenty of indoor activities and games also. We found nothing lacking for a relaxing visit. Being early fall, unable to comment on heating or air conditioning, as we enjoyed great weather and opening windows worked for us.
Here at Heart of Cape Cod is where we will be planning next years visit.
