Our beautiful, spacious home overlooks Minister’s Pond and has views from every window. Dine on the deck on the gas grill, or lounge in front of your personal firepit. A sumptuous leather couch that you can melt into is perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite shows on the tv. Matching leather chairs feel like butter in front of the gas fireplace. The walls lined with art pieces from all over the world. Artistic influences and fun details are sprinkled throughout this beautiful waterfront home. The sunporch has couches for relaxing and hanging out in, the kitchen has a fun 50’s inspired banquet for dining, the office has a library filled with interesting books and scholarly items. Walking into this home you are greeted with a large living room with oversized furniture just begging to be snuggled in to. There is a large screen tv and plenty of entertainment available for your use. The half bath just off the hallway is perfect for when playing on the full-size ping pong table in the garage. Bikes are available as well.
Down the other hall leads to the office/library space where you will find a wonderful selection of books on topics from A to Z. A Futon bed/couch resides in the office, as well as your typical desk and work area for those that may have the need to work during your stay. The kitchen has everything you need to create a gourmet meal or just good phone reception to order take out from one of the many fantastic restaurants nearby. The sunporch off the kitchen is a great place to hang out and relax in the evening. Watch the sun glisten off the water during the day, or stay cozy with a glass of wine at night if the temperature drops.
The upstairs houses the three bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry. The first bedroom has a queen and additional sitting area perfect for a reading nook. The second is a full bedroom, and the master is a queen. The master bedroom has sliders to a private balcony overlooking the pond and an en suite bathroom with an oversized jacuzzi tub for two. A perfect romantic retreat for two or the perfect house for a family of 6.
